2 pk egg 100 g sugar 90 g butter 60 ml oil 80 ml milk 200 g spelt plain flour 1 KL baking powder 1 pinch of baking soda 1 pinch of salt 300 g grapes

Breathless tart with fresh grapes…

Melt the butter and set aside.

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy and add the slightly cooled melted butter.

Then the milk and oil.
4.
Finish with flour mixed with baking powder.
5.
Pour the batter into the mould that you have greased and floured. Sprinkle with half of the grapes (reserve the rest). Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.
6.
After 10 minutes, remove the cake and sprinkle with the other half of the grapes. Bake for another 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
