300 g spelt plain flour 130 g sugar 1 pk baking powder 3 pk baking powder 3 pk egg 200 ml oil 300 ml milk 1 tbsp cocoa 5 tbsp jam

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the oil and then the milk.

gradually add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.

Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan that you have greased and floured.

Place the jam all around the first layer of pastry and pour over the second half of the pastry.

With the other end of a fork or spoon, very carefully mix the dough with the jam (so that everything is nicely combined).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 55 minutes.

Let the baked cake cool properly and then turn out.
8.
Sprinkle the top with icing sugar and cut. Enjoy!
