Jalapeno pig
This dish is really quick and easy to make, even with a mökillä masonry pan. Despite its effortlessness, jalapeno piglet will sweep anyone off their feet. Make sure you have enough wine or beer on hand because there’s bound to be heat. 2 teaspoons red jalapenos for frying salt to taste
Remove the excess fat and membranes from the pork. Dice into fair sized pieces.
Cook the pork in a hot, greased pan or on a masonry pan. Add the jalapenos. Fry until the pork is cooked. Add the tomato puree.
Finish by adding the bulgarian yoghurt to the pan (use for garnishing). Fry the sauce for a couple of minutes until the yoghurt starts to thicken.
Toss the jalapeno sauce on a plate and drizzle with yoghurt and slices of jalapeno to garnish.
The sauce is then fried for a couple of minutes.
