Italian Vegetable Salad

Salad of tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, shallots, mozzarella and basil, served topped with seasoned dressing.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the washed tomatoes and zucchini into thin slices, slice the cleaned mushrooms into thin slices and cut the peeled shallots into thin rings
2. Cut the mozzarella into larger pieces and tear the basil leaves
3. Arrange the tomato rounds, zucchini and mushroom slices on a flat dish like bags on a roof, intersperse with the mozzarella pieces and sprinkle everything with basil leaves, shallot rings and dry roasted almonds
4. Finally, mix together the wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and ground pepper and pour this dressing evenly over the surface of the salad.
