Italian Tomato Salad

Simple tomato salad that tastes best with toasted bread or crusty bread. It’s slices of tomatoes and onions topped with a dressing with chunks of olives and capers. The salad is served garnished with grated parmesan cheese and chopped herbs.

Ingredients:

Rule for 2 people: 8 pcs of meaty smaller tomatoes 10 pcs black olives 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs onion 2 tbsp mixed chopped herbs 2 tbsp olive oil tr> 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp capers pepper salt

Procedure:

Slice the tomatoes, arrange on plates, top with onion rings

.In a bowl, mix finely chopped garlic, capers and olive cubes, drizzle with olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, mix

Pour the mixture over the tomatoes, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, chopped herbs and serve.
