Italian Spring Pasta Sauce

Roasted, steamed Vegetable Recipes served with pasta.

Ingredients:

400 g of green asparagus 100 g sugar snap peas 80 ml vegetable stock 3 pcs

td>shallots 2 pcs tomatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs smaller zucchini 1 pcs medium onions 2 tbsp oil salt

Procedure:

1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat
2. Add the chopped garlic, onion and zucchini
3. Saute the Vegetable Recipes for a while, about 5 minutes, then throw in the asparagus cut into pieces, pour the broth over the dish
4. Cook for about 3 minutes more to soften the asparagus
