Italian Risotto

Pork, paprika, garlic and corn, all mixed with rice.

Ingredients:

300 g of pork leg 250 g short grain rice 4 tbsp oil 4 tbsp sterilised corn 1 pk red peppers 1 pk green peppers 1 pc onions meat broth (masox) grated parmesan

Procedure:

1. 1. Pour a little water in which dissolve the crumbled cube of masox, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed, simmer on low heat for about 25-30 minutes
3. Towards the end of the simmering add the sterilised corn, season with salt and pepper and heat briefly
4. Season individual portions with ketchup and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

Recommendation:

Rizotto must not float in the broth! If we have overdone it with water, just strain the whole risotto.
