Italian Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce

Italian pasta served with spicy tomato sauce.

Ingredients:

800 g of potato gnocchi 400 g peeled canned tomatoes 100 g of ham 80 g fresh sheep’s cheese 80 g butter 5 pcs large fresh tomatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 tbsp chopped basil 1/2 tsp oregano black leaf parsley white pepper basil and parsley leaves for garnish salt

Procedure:

1. In a frying pan, fry slices of garlic in butter and add small pieces of ham
2. Stir in the canned tomatoes with their juices and simmer again, add salt and pepper after 5 minutes
4. Finally, add chopped parsley and oregano
5. Serve together with cooked gnocchi, topped with sheep’s cheese, basil leaves and parsley.
