Italian Beef Goulash II
Bites of meat sauteed in onion base with peppers, tomatoes and rosemary.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a large pot, sauté the peeled sliced onion and peeled grated garlic clove in heated olive oil
2. Add the cleaned meat cut into smaller pieces, fry on all sides, season with salt, add the cleaned diced peppers, add the tomatoes, finely chopped rosemary, stir and bring to a boil
3. Then reduce the heat and let it bubble for about 40 minutes until the meat is tender, add a little water and season with salt if necessary
4. Finally, stir in the black olives.
