1 kg boiled potatoes pcs arugula pcs ground black pepper pcs salt pcs olive oil 1,5 dl cream

Try the unique combination of arugula flavors with mashed potatoes.

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water. 2. Cut the arugula into fine pieces. 3. Season the cooked potatoes with salt and pepper. Blend with a whisk. 4. Add olive oil and blend again. 5. Add the heated cream and blend again to make the mash fluffy. 6. Add the finely chopped arugula a tablespoon at a time and stir in gently. 7. Serve as a main dish or as a side dish.
