Recipe from Croatian cuisine, a savoury simple spread made of cottage cheese with the aroma of fish. Excellent on bread, pastries and sandwiches.

Procedure:
1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add chopped capers, anchovy paste and mix with mayonnaise to a smooth cream
2. Season the spread to taste with lemon juice, pepper, salt and sugar
3. Leave in the fridge for an hour
4. Spread on bread slices, garnish with a strip of paprika and parsley.
