Irish-Style Shepherd’s Pie

Today’s recipe comes from the north, the Irish hash is a healthier and more balanced version than ours. With potatoes, peas and carrots as ingredients, this hash is lighter and more diet friendly.
Ingredients for 8 servings:
3 SP – Green / 2 SP – Blue / 1 SP – Purple 400 g minced meat 300 g mashed potatoes 2 onions 2 cloves of garlic 1 peeled tomato 1 tablespoon flour 2 carrots, diced 100 g peas 1 pinch herbes de Provence 1 egg yolk 30 g Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon butter Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Start by chopping the onion and garlic, then sauté them in butter until soft.
Add the diced tomatoes, ground meat, flour, peas and carrots, salt, pepper and herbes de Provence, then let it cook.
Add the egg yolk and mix well.
Spread your mixture in a gratin dish, then arrange the mashed potatoes on top.
Sprinkle the Irish-style hash with parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 15 minutes.
