Inverted plum lemon pudding bread

5 pcs freshly pitted plums 3 tbsp plain flour 4 tbsp icing sugar 3 pcs eggs 1 pcs lemon pudding powder grated lemon peel 1 crucible kefir 100 ml oil dark chocolate – chopped into pieces baking powder 3 tbsp cold butter granulated sugar

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Place the plums on top of the granulated sugar, belly side up. Place small pats of butter on top of the plums.

Meanwhile, prepare the dough. In one bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour over the plums. Finally, sprinkle with chocolate chunks. I used these ready-made pieces.

After baking, let cool. Remove from the tin and remove the baking paper.
