Interleaved potatoes
ingredients
1 kg potatoes 4 pcs egg 100 g lard 1 pcs onion 1/4 litre sour cream 100 g hard cheese a little ground black pepper to taste salt

1. Boil the potatoes in the skin, peel and cut into rounds. Fry the finely chopped onion in lard. 2. Put a layer of potatoes, three hard-boiled and sliced eggs and grated cheese in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, cover with lard and fried onions and put the potatoes back in. 3. Pour over the cream in which the egg has been whisked and bake. Serve with salad or pickled cucumber.
