Inka piña colada

1 cup of water 5 tsp INKA cereal mix pcs ice cubes 500 ml coconut milk 150 g pineapple in brine (5 rounds) 6 g shredded coconut 5 tsp pineapple juice 2 tsp honey

To prepare the ice cubes we need a boiled strong cereal drink INKA. Pour the cooled cereal mixture into ice cube molds and freeze.

Drain the pineapple slices and cut them into small pieces. Toast the grated coconut in a dry frying pan until golden and leave to cool.

Pour the coconut milk into the blender and put the ice cubes from the INKA cereal drink. Blend everything together, add the chopped pineapple, toasted coconut and 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix well and pour into glasses. Top with crushed ice cubes and coconut. 🙂
