Indonesian Cutlets

Slices of pork leg marinated in flavored yogurt, fried in oil.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 4 pcs pork rump steaks 3 pcs bean leaves 2 pcs beaten cloves 1 pcs stirred caps 100 ml white yoghurt 5 tbsp oil ground hot pepper

Procedure:

1. Lightly pat the ham steaks, cut around the perimeter
2. Mix white yogurt with ground hot pepper, finely chopped capers, ground pepper, crushed cloves and salt
3. Rub the spicy yogurt mixture over the steaks and let them marinate for a few hours, refrigerated

Serve, for example, with steamed rice and vegetable salad.
