200 g mkrva 200 g peas 1 pk onion 1/2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp romaine 1/3 tbsp turmeric 1 pk chilli pepper 1/2 tbsp coriander 1/2 tbsp garam masala 1 tbsp lemon 1 dl water salt
procedure
1. Fry the romaine in oil and stir fry the cumin seeds. 2. Add the chopped onion and chilli pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes. 3. Add turmeric, coriander, garam masala and saute for another minute. 4. Add the chopped carrots and peas. 5. Pour water and juice of one lemon over everything. Simmer covered for about 20 minutes until the carrots are soft. 6. Serve either alone or with boiled potatoes. Enjoy!
