Indian Poppy Seed Soup

Soup made from poppy seeds, cashew nuts, almonds and coconut milk, served with whipped cream and pepperoni rounds.

Ingredients:

800 ml of vegetable stock (can be cubed) 200 ml 150 ml whipping cream 2 pcs of pepperoni 2 tbsp of poppy seeds 1 tablespoon chopped cashews 1 tablespoon chopped almonds salt

Procedure:

1. Cook poppy seeds, chopped almonds and cashew nuts in vegetable broth until tender, lightly salt
2. Before the end of the boil, add the coconut milk and simmer for a while
3. Cut the hot peppers into small rounds, whip the cream until stiff
4. Serve the soup garnished with a scoop of whipped cream and rounds of hot peppers.
