Indian Pea Soup

Soup of potatoes, onions, garlic and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

225 g of potatoes 100 g 900 ml of vegetable broth 4 tbsp white yoghurt 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp ground cumin 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc large onion 1 pc red chillies chopped coriander sprigs ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add peeled, diced potatoes, peeled finely chopped onion, peeled, minced garlic cloves and fry everything for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
2. Then add the ground spices, fry again for 1 minute, pour in the broth, add the cleaned, finely chopped chilli and bring to the boil
3. Reduce the heat and cook under a lid for 20 minutes, then add the peas, simmer for a while, add the yoghurt, salt and pepper and serve in bowls
4. Garnish each portion with chopped coriander leaves.
