Indian Lentil Soup II

So a little different lentil soup. Try this, for us Czechs, exotic recipe originally from India, for a thick lentil soup with a spicy taste.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4-6 servings: 1.5 cup cooked lentils 1.5 L vegetable broth 2 pcs bean leaves 1 pk onions 1 pc carrots 1 pc parsley root 1 pk piece celery 1 pk piece ginger 1 tbsp piece ginger mustard seed 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce Miso paste 1.5 tsp Roman cumin 1 tsp turmeric spring onions Umeocet oil salt

Fine grate the cleaned carrots and other root Vegetable Recipes

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil in a pot, add salt, once golden add mustard seeds, continue to sauté until the onion darkens slightly

Stir fry the onion in the oil in a small saucepan./li>

To the soup base, add Roman cumin, turmeric and let everything rest for a while

Pour the hot broth into the pot, add the cooked lentils, root Vegetable Recipes and bay leaves, cook everything for 10 to 15 minutes

Remove the pot of soup from the heat source, stir the Miso paste in a little soup, for example in a ladle or bowl, season the soup with soy sauce, umeoctem and the juice of grated and squeezed ginger

Put the pot back on the heat source, reheat the soup, add salt if necessary and serve.
