When it comes to the ingredients for this dish, you’ll need:
-1 pound of spinach
-1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
-1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder
-1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
-1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
-1 tablespoon of ghee or butter
-1 chopped onion
-1 minced garlic clove
-1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash the spinach and remove any tough stems.
2. In a large pot or wok, heat the ghee or butter over medium heat.
3. Add the onions, garlic, and spices. Cook until the onions are softened.
