Indian delicacy – potatoes with cauliflower

1 pk cauliflower 2 pk potato 1 pk red onion 1/2 pk ginger and garlic a little oil 1/3 pk turmeric 1/2 pk chilli pepper 1/2 pk coriander 1/3 pk Roman cumin 1/2 pk gram masala 200 ml water to taste salt 1 handful chopped parsley
procedure
1. Heat oil in a wok and fry the finely chopped onions in it. When it is glassy, add freshly grated ginger and pressed garlic. 2. Stir in the peeled potatoes cut into cubes and the cauliflower cut into florets. Add a little water and simmer the mixture over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the water a little at a time, because the resulting dish is not supposed to have juice. 3. After about 10 minutes, add all the spices, stir the mixture and simmer until tender. If necessary, add a little water again. 4. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, sprinkle them with the parsley and serve.
