Indian Chicken Soup

For Czechs, an exotic soup with an intense taste and aroma of the ingredients used. Above all, ginger, curry, garlic and chilli, all mellowed with coconut milk, give this soup a spicy yet delicious taste. The pieces of roasted chicken are just an added bonus for lovers of tasty exotic soups.

Ingredients:

500 g of chicken 100 g rice 50 g almonds 2 tsp curry spices 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp chilli 4 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs onions 2 l of water 2 dl of coconut milk juice from 1 lemon oil salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the crushed garlic and finely chopped onion in oil
2. Add curry and chilli spices and also larger pieces of chicken, brown the meat in the base, then put everything in a pot of boiling water, add more chopped almonds, simmer until the meat is soft
3. Finally, pour the coconut milk into the broth and add the cooked rice, season with salt and lemon juice and serve warm.
