Indian Chicken

Naporized chicken covered with yogurt, simmered together with spices, seasoned with tomato puree and garlic.

Procedure:
1. Cut the chicken and brush with salted yogurt
2. Fry the onion in a pan, add a pinch of nutmeg, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves and pepper put the chicken pieces, pour the yogurt over them, simmer covered, on a medium heat source, until tender
3. Once the meat is tender, remove the cloves and bay leaf, add the grated garlic, tomato paste and sweet paprika, stir and simmer for 5-10 minutes
