Ina Garten chicken cutlet recipe with mayonnaise

This is a delectable chicken cutlet recipe from Ina Garten, also known as the Barefoot Contessa. The mayonnaise tenderizes the chicken and keeps it moist, while the Parmesan breadcrumbs give it a delicious crispy coating. To make the chicken cutlets, you will need:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture, making sure each one is well coated. Then, place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
