ingredients
5 pk egg white 5 pk egg yolk 250 g semi-coarse flour 250 g powdered sugar 1 pk Vanilla sugar or a few drops of bourbon vanilla essence Dr. Oetker 1 dl Milk, oil 1 pk baking powder Dr.Oetker A dash of rum Butter to grease and flour or breadcrumbs to dust the mould a pinch of salt 1 pk Mascarpone 1 pk 33% whipping cream jam to taste melted chocolate Decorations to taste

One day I saw a photo of a stuffed babka on the internet . It didn’t take long and I had to try it. It was great for a coffee chat with family and friends . #peceniespaja

Add salt to the egg whites and whip the cream. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar, add a little rum and milk. Whisk everything with a food processor.

When the egg yolks and sugar are well beaten, add the flour mixed with baking powder and progressively oil. Finally, just gently fold in the egg whites.

Butter the mould well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 45min at 180°C

During baking prepare the custard. Mix mascarpone with whipped cream and a little sugar

Once smooth, cut into 3 parts. Spread each with jam and cream.

Spread the outside with the remaining cream. Put to harden. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate, pour over the top and decorate as you like.
