Imperial savoury cake

4 pcs eggs 300 g feta cheese 180 ml white yoghurt 1 KL salt 150 ml oil 150 g plain flour 100 g cornflour 1 pk baking powder 150 g ham 5 pk sour cucumbers 2 pk red sweet peppers

Prepare a 30×20 baking tray, which you grease with oil and dust with flour. Cut the ham , pickles and peppers into smaller cubes.

Separate the egg whites and whip them into stiff snow. Add the egg yolks, yoghurt, oil and crumbled feta and mix with a mixer.

Combine the flour with the cornflour , salt and icing sugar and add to the batter. Knead again to avoid lumps.

Finally add the sliced ham, cucumbers and peppers, mix lightly with a spoon and pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 30 min at 180C until golden.
