1 packet cake wafers 2 pcs cooking chocolate 70 g Cera 4 tbsp coarse flour 2 pcs eggs 1 packet vanilla sugar 180 g granulated sugar 200 g butter 2 dl milk

Cut the wafers into squares and roll into cones over the steam. Whisk the egg yolks, vanilla and flour in the milk. Cook to a porridge. Beat the egg whites and add the sugar to the snow. Stir the snow into the porridge, leave to cool. Stir in butter.

Fill cones with decorator and dip in chocolate glaze, chill and serve 🙂
