Hungarian goulash soup

250 g pork 100 g sausages 300 g potatoes pinches of ground red pepper 250 g tomato 1 pk onion 50 g smoked bacon 1 liter vegetable broth a little cumin a little marjoram 2 cloves of garlic pinches of salt

Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry, add the finely chopped onion, fry again, add the meat cut into small cubes, cover and simmer in its own juices for 15 minutes. Then add the minced red pepper, crushed garlic, cumin, pour some of the broth and simmer. When the meat is almost tender, pour in the rest of the stock, add the tomatoes cut into pieces, the potatoes cut into cubes, season with salt and cook until tender. Finally, add the sliced sausage, marjoram and boil briefly. Serve with fresh bread.
