Hungarian Goulash
Beef cubes stewed on onion base with potatoes, peppers and tomatoes, with an insert of boiled gnocchi.

Procedure:
1. In a large pot, let the peeled, finely chopped onions brown in hot oil, add the diced meat, fry, add salt, sweet paprika, fry again, add a little water and simmer until the water is evaporated
2. Then add the cumin, peeled garlic cloves, stir, again slightly cover with water and simmer slowly, stirring occasionally and basting until semi-soft
3. Meanwhile, mix the flour with the eggs, add a little salt, a little water and make a stiff dough, forming small gnocchi, which we cook in salted water, drain and rinse with cold water
4. When the meat is almost soft, let the juices fry into fat, add peeled, diced potatoes, cleaned peppers cut into noodles, fry briefly, slightly pour water and let it boil
5. Then add tomatoes cut into smaller pieces and simmer until the potatoes soften
6. Finally, add the gnocchi, let it heat through and season to taste with salt and hot paprika.
