600 g carp 1,25 liters water to taste salt 1 pk onion 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 2 tbsp oil 4 pk whole allspice 4 pk whole black pepper 1 KL ground sweet paprika 1 pinch ground hot red pepper to taste chopped parsley
procedure
1.
Place the cleaned and scaled carp in salted water and boil with the spices until tender. Strain the broth and bone the meat.
2.
Cut the onion into rings, the root Vegetable Recipes into slices and fry in oil. Add the spices, sweet and hot paprika and stir.
3.
Pour in the carp broth and simmer. Add the meat to the soup and top with chopped parsley.
