Hungarian Fish Paprikash

Fish cubes sauteed in onion base with bacon, seasoned with ground paprika and beer.

Ingredients:

500 g fish meat (fillet) 150 ml beer 100 g bacon 2 tsp ground sweet paprika

1 tsp ground hot peppers 3 pcs onions ground cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the skinned and de-boned fish meat or fillets into cubes, add salt, sprinkle with ground cumin and leave to rest for 30 minutes
2. Fry the peeled, roughly chopped onions on the chopped bacon 3. Then add the fish meat, sprinkle with ground sweet and hot paprika, pour in beer and simmer slowly until tender.

Recommendation:

Serve with boiled potatoes.
