Hummus can be served with extruded sticks. Hummus can thus become a great party snack or a tasty snack.
Ingredients:
1 packet |
of Hummus Crispins (200g) |
600 ml |
of cold water |
60 g |
sesame paste |
2 tbsp |
of sour cream (spreadable butter, fresh cheese, cottage cheese) |

lemon juice and olive oil for drizzling |

finely chopped chives |
|
bear garlic |
|
onion stalk |
|
forerunners |
|
dill
|
salt |
Procedure:
Add 600 ml of cold water to the Hummus Crispins mixture and blend the ingredients with a stick blender.
Add the sesame paste “tahini” and blend again.
The tasty chickpea paste can be easily softened by adding sour cream, or spreadable butter or even fresh cheese, or even cottage cheese.
Then just add radishes, onion sprigs or lots of chives, a little salt, a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil and you’re done.
Recommendation:
Hummus tuned up with chopped bear garlic or steamed nettles is excellent.
