Mushroom mixture mixed with egg white snow, soaked rolls, garlic and chopped parsley, baked in the oven. Served both hot and cold.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the rolls into cubes, pour the cream over them, cook the bacon in the lard, add the onion, let it brown and add the cleaned mushrooms, simmer for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper
2. Mix the cooled mixture with the floured bun, to which we put the egg yolks, season with garlic, add parsley, carefully stir in the egg white snow, put the mixture in a greased and breadcrumb-lined baking dish and bake at 170 °C for about 1 hour
