Hubník II.

Mushroom mixture mixed with other ingredients, sprinkled with grated sheep cheese and baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

400 g of mushrooms 150 g of sheep’s cheese 100 ml of/td>

milk 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil 4 pcs of carrots 4 pcs of eggplant parsley chives ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Put the cleaned, sliced mushrooms into the melted butter and oil, add salt and pepper and simmer until tender
2. Put the diced rolls in a bowl, sprinkle them with milk, let them soak, then add the cooled mushrooms, finely chopped chives and parsley, egg yolks, mix well and finally stir in the stiff egg white snow
3. Place the prepared mixture in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with a layer of grated sheep’s cheese, place in a preheated oven and bake at 190 °C until golden brown
4. Cut the baked hubnik into squares and serve with vegetable salads.
