Hrkis-burritot

Härkis burritos are a tasty treat and hardly anyone notices that they are vegetarian. Chillies can be mixed and matched to taste.

Ingredients for four

250g chickpeas 1 dl ketchup 200g kidney beans;1 lime 1 red pepper 2 onions 1 tbsp soya chilli to taste 150g cheddar cooking liquid 8 medium tortillas (medium sized)

Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the pepper.

Start by sautéing the onion in a pan. When golden brown add the häärkis, peppers, soy, chilliä and drained kidney beans. Fry for a while and add ketchup to the sauce and squeeze in the lime juice. Mix well and transfer from the heat.

Take a tortilla plate and put the burrito sauce on the bottom. Sprinkle grated cheddar on top and roll up the burrito.

Place the burritos seam side down on a baking sheet lined with buttered paper. Bake the burritos in a 225C oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a while and then serve.
