Frittata is an Italian oven-baked omelette that can be baked in a pan;You can put everything you need from the cupboard and the cupboard. My pasta from yesterday was fine, after all, it’s Italian food.
Ingredients for four
6 eggs 1 handful of parsley 100g Parmesan cheese (fresh) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon sugar 200g cooked pasta (fresh) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tsp.spaghetti or other pasta 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 125g mozzarella
TIP: If you like, you can add salmon, salami or whatever else you have in the cupboard.
In a bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly. Stir in the chopped parsley, grated parmesan, drained pasta and seasonings.
Heat the butter and oil in an ovenproof pan. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan, slice the mozzarella and add the rest of the egg mixture.
Fry the omelette for a while in the middle, shaking the pan.
Then place the pan in the oven under the grill racks (15-20cm from the top), and bake for 10 minutes, until the crust is a crispy golden brown. Cool and fry and serve.
