Stir dry yeast into the flour and whisk into the milk mixture.
Add the flour to the dough and finally the melted butter. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and well-baked. Don’t add too much flour, otherwise the buns will be hard.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and stir into the cream cheese. Add chocolate to taste.
When the dough has risen, roll out a large square of dough, spread the cream cheese chocolate over the surface of the dough and roll, leaving a seam underneath.
Cut the roll into pieces about 4cm wide and lift out onto the baking tray to rise.Brush with egg and sprinkle with caster sugar and bake until the buns have risen, about 20 minutes.
Bake the chocolate buns in a 225C oven on the middle shelf until nicely browned. Cool slightly and enjoy fresh.
