How to make zucchini and tomato lasagna

To make this zucchini and tomato lasagna recipe, we are not going to use lasagna sheets. Everything will be made only with zucchini that we will cut into thin slices.
This lasagna is a good light and gratinated dish made with zucchini, chicken ham, tomatoes in sauce and mozzarella cheese.It is easy and very quick to prepare for a complete and especially light meal, compatible with the weight watchers diet.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 3 sp / person –
500 g zucchini 200 g sliced chicken ham 180 g cooked tomato sauce 125 g low-fat mozzarella 20 g grated parmesan salt and pepper
Preparation:
To prepare this zucchini and tomato lasagna start by washing the zucchini and then cut them into thin slices lengthwise, then season.
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes, then in the bottom of a casserole dish, place a layer of zucchini.
Then place a layer of ham then add the mozzarella cubes and the tomato sauce.
Continue this process until all the ingredients are used up and then finish with a layer of zucchini then sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake the zucchini and tomato lasagna in the oven for 35 minutes at 180° before serving this dish hot.
