How to make a delicious Tarte Tatin
It’s apple season! We take advantage of it to make this tarte tatin recipe as simple as tasty. The tarte tatin is a dessert based on caramelized apples and a puff pastry or shortcrust pastry.
In general this tart is quite easy to make and does not require much effort. We present you the recipe for homemade and diet-friendly tarte tatin, made with little sugar and little butter.
Ingredients for 4 parts:
200 g flour 800 g apples 1 glass of water 50 g low-fat butter 50 g powdered sugar 120 g cream cheese 0% 50 g stevia 1 egg A little salt
Preparation:
Prepare the dough, putting the flour, egg, a pinch of salt and butter in a bowl, add the water little by little and then mix well until you get a homogeneous dough. Set the dough aside for 2 hours.
Layer the bottom of a mold with parchment paper, then sprinkle the sugar. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters, then arrange them in the pan.
Put the stevia and 0% cream cheese on top, then spread the dough on top with a kitchen roller.
Bake your tarte tatin in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes, then let it cool. When ready to serve, turn the tart over on a plate and serve immediately.
