Hotpot

The Dutch national dish. It is boiled beef with Vegetable Recipes, served sliced and topped with melted butter.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g beef (front) 500 g potatoes 600 g carrots 300 g onions 50 g butter 6 dl water bean leaf parsley whole pepper salt

Procedure:

1. When the meat is almost soft, add diced carrots, after a while diced potatoes and finely chopped onions
3. Once the meat and Vegetable Recipes have softened, the liquid should be evaporated (gradually let it evaporate without a lid)
4. Arrange the Vegetable Recipes and potatoes on a bowl, pour melted butter over them, garnish with parsley and top with sliced meat.
