Hot flakes with poppy seeds

1 cup oatmeal (200 ml cup) 3 cups vegetable milk (oat, coconut, soy…) 2 tbsp ground poppy seeds 1/2 pk vanilla pod – marrow ground Ceylon cinnamon (on the tip of a knife) lemon juice to taste honey to taste

Bring the milk to a boil. progressively add the thinned oatmeal.

Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil and cook at a moderate heat for about 15 minutes until a thick porridge forms.

Add the ground poppy seeds, cinnamon and the marrow of the vanilla pod to the cooked porridge. Finally, season with lemon juice and sweeten with a little honey.
4.
Serve the flakes warm for breakfast. Have a nice meal!
