Hot dog with cabbage

Baked rolls with cheese stuffed with sausages, sauerkraut and cucumber slices.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of soft wide rolls 4 pcs frankfurters + water + salt 4 pcs cucumber pickles 100 g grated emmental drained sauerkraut To serve: mustard ketchup

Procedure:

1. Heat the frankfurters in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes so they are warm but not bursting
2. Cut the rolls lengthwise, sprinkle with finely grated Emmental and toast under a hot grill to melt the cheese
3. Place a sausage in the middle of each one, a few oblong slices of cucumber and a larger handful of sauerkraut
4. Serve with mustard and ketchup.
