Draußen blows a nasty east wind, now and then fall a few snowflakes and really bright it does not want to be. The perfect time to indulge yourself in culinary form. A hot chocolate is ideal for such moments. The following recipe shows you how to creatively prepare hot chocolate in 3 different flavors. There is virtually a hot chocolate with chocolate balls in pink, brown and white.

For this you need:
200 g tempered chocolate (dark, white; and pink) 300 g whipped cream 2 tbsp raspberry sauce 2 tbsp caramel sauce 2 tbsp chocolate sauce
Additionally:
50 g each of tempered chocolate for decorating (dark, white and pink) 3 plastic egg trays with 6 wells each Silicone brush Egg cup Warm knife Hot milk
How it works:
1. Brush the wells of the first egg container with the brown tempered chocolate using silicone brush dünnn. Repeat this a second time. Then let the chocolate set at room temperature and harden in the refrigerator. The hemispheres should be easy to remove from the egg mold after cooling. Then repeat this process with the pink and white chocolate and the other two plastic egg cups of 6. If you only have one egg container, you will have to make the hemispheres in the other two colors one after the other.
2. Let’s move on to the fillings. Divide the cream into three bowls and put chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and raspberry sauce into one bowl each.
3. Place nine of the different colored chocolate hemispheres (three times three colors) in an egg cup and fill them with the respective cream (caramel cream goes into the three white chocolates, raspberry cream into the three pink chocolates and the chocolate cream into the three brown chocolates).
4. Spread each second batch of hemispheres with a hot knife so that the edge melts slightly. Then place each on a filled hemisphere in the appropriate color. Finally, decorate the balls with tempered chocolate (pink on brown, brown on white and white on pink).
To serve, place three balls in a glass and pour hot milk over them. Decorate the individual portions with the following treats: The hot pink chocolate gets frozen raspberries as decoration, the hot brown chocolate gets mini marshmallows and the hot white chocolate is refined with gingerbread.
