Plates of potatoes coated in horseradish batter, fried until golden brown, served as a light dinner or a snack with beer or wine.

Procedure:
1. Peel and slice the raw potatoes into 1 cm thick slices
2. Coat the prepared potatoes in a batter of plain flour, beaten and slightly salted egg, freshly grated horseradish
3.
4. Serve the horseradish slices with beer, wine or as a quick dinner with vegetable salad.
