Horseradish Eggs
Cold appetizer of eggs, Lucina, horseradish and mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Hard boil the eggs, cool them in cold water, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise
2. Stir the mixture carefully until it is completely smooth and there are no lumps
4. Using a vegetable peeler, cut several long thin slices from the cucumber, roll them into rolls and fill them with the yolk mixture using a decorating bag
6. Spray the prepared egg white halves with the yolk mixture, place the filled cucumber rolls on top and garnish with a small piece of paprika, lemon and parsley
7. Sprinkle the eggs with ground paprika and garnish with green salad leaves on the plate.
