Horseradish Easter Soup

Soup of boiled smoked meat, English bacon or ham, seasoned with milk and grated horseradish, served with a side of sausages and eggs.

Ingredients:

Rule for approx 8 portions: 500 g of low quality hard salami 225 g 125 ml of milk 8 pieces hard-boiled eggs 2-3 pcs horseradish 2 pcs cheese eggs 2.5 l of water salt

Procedure:

1. Grated fresh, cleaned horseradish 2. Mix the milk with beaten eggs and flour, stir this mixture into the broth and simmer for a little while
4. Strain the soup, discard the horseradish
5. Finally, throw the sliced sausage into the soup
