Honey sauce with nuts

Cold sweet sauce suitable for example for cheese terrine.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp of liquid honey 1 tsp 1 tsp roughly chopped almonds 1 tsp coarsely chopped pistachios 3 pcs of dried, poached plums 3 pcs dried apricots coarsely ground black pepper

Procedure:

1. Chop the apricots finely, also chop the rinsed, drained plums finely
2. In a bowl, mix the prepared chopped fruit together with the crushed hazelnuts, pistachios and almonds
3. Finally, stir the honey into the mixture and season the sauce with coarsely ground black pepper.
