Honey roulade

ingredients

60 dkg plain flour 25 dkg powdered sugar 15 dkg butter 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice 4 tbsp honey 4 eggs

Filling

jam to coat nuts to taste 1 egg to coat

Scented Gingerbread Roll

Mix all ingredients together. Make the dough and let it sit for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll each part into a rectangle, not too thin.

Pipe with jam and place the nut-halves, side by side, roll up tightly and place on baking paper to bake.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Brush with egg before baking. Place on a baking sheet lengthways.
