Honey raspberry soup
ingredients
100 g honey 400 g raspberries 1/2 litre water 2 dl white wine 1/2 pk lemon juice
procedure
Push the raspberries through a sieve. Add the honey, lemon juice and wine. Stir and let stand for 3/4 hour. Boil the water and pour the cooled water over the raspberries. Stir and let cool.
